摘  要:在介绍无轴承电机径向力产生机理的基础上,全面考虑产生径向力的因素,建立其径向力和转矩的数学模型。采用有限元计算和分析方法,研究了电机气隙磁场分布、径向力大小与径向力绕组电流和极对数之间的关系,并进行了实验研究。研究结果对无轴承永磁电机的优化设计及控制系统设计具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。Bearingless permanent motor is new special motor with function of magnetic bearings. The decoupling control of the electromagnet torque and radial force is the base of the stable operation of bearingless Permanent Magnet Motor. The mathematics models of bearingless permanent magnetic motor were reduced based on the introduction of the fundamental principles of the radial forces in the bearingless permanent magnetic motor and overall consideration factors of producing radial Analysis between and calculation methods the distribution of air gap magnetic field radial forces and radial forces winding currents or pole numbers forces. Using Finite Element of aotors and the relationship were researched, the experiments of Bearingless permanent motor had done. The research results have important guidance significance and reference value for optimal design and control system design of Bearingless permanent motor.
