摘　　要：本文运用数据包络分析法对青海省36个产业近年来的投入产出效率进行了测算分析,不仅找出了导致产业非有效的原因,而且通过产业在有效前沿面上的"投影"分析,找出了非DEA有效的产业转变为DEA有效时,在投入和产出中的关键因素及其改进目标。进而表明,青海省各产业不仅要在投入的资源利用率上下功夫,更要促使工业经济发展与环境改善之间达成良好的协调性。This article carries on the reckoning analysis about the efficiency of putting into production in Qinghai Province 36 industries recent years through Data Envelopment Analysis. It not only discovered the reason that caused the industrial non- effective, moreover through the effective front surface ＂the projection＂ analysis, has discovered the key aspect and the improvement goal in invests and delivers when the non-DEA effective industry transforms for DEA effective. This further indicated, not only the Qinghai Province various industries need to work hard in the investment resources use factor, must urge achieve the good coordination between the industry economy development and the environment improvement.
