摘　　要：目的总结压力性尿失禁患者行经阴道尿道中段无张力悬吊术(tension free vaginal tape,TVT)的护理方法。方法回顾性分析5例压力性尿失禁行TVT术患者的临床资料及重点护理内容。结果5例患者均在连续硬膜外麻醉下行TVT术,术后3个月复诊时排尿正常,在腹压增大的情况下无漏尿现象。结论及时有针对性的护理是压力性尿失禁患者TVT术后获得良好效果的重要保证。Objective To summarize the nursing points in caring for patients with stress urinary incontinence who received tension free vaginal tape （TVT） via vagina, Method Clinical data of five patients with stress incontinence who received TVT were retrospectively analyzed. Results Five patients received TVT. Three months after operation, return visits showed that their urination was normal. No leakage of urine was found when abdominal pressure was increased. Conclusion Good nursing guarantees the postoperative effectiveness of TVT.
