电视胸腔镜下早期肺癌根治术患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜(video-assisted thoracic surgery,VATS)下早期肺癌根治术的护理要点。方法回顾性分析行VATS手术根治68例早期肺癌患者的临床资料,总结围手术期的护理经验。结果全部患者手术过程顺利。术中仅1例输血,手术切口无感染,术后1例出现吻合口渗血,5例肺漏气;经及时有效的治疗和护理后均痊愈出院。结论规范化的围手术期护理是VATS下行早期肺癌根治术成功的重要保证。Objective To explore the nursing points in caring for patients who received radical correction of lung cancer in its early stage by video-assisted thoracic surgery. Method Clinical data of 68 patients who received radical correction of lung cancer by video-assisted thoracic surgery were retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing points during operation were summarized. Results All the operations were successful. Only one patient needed blood transfusion. No infection around incision occurred. Staxis around stoma occurred in one case. Air leak occurred in five cases. All the patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Standardized nursing during operation guarantees the success of radical correction of lung cancer in its early stage by video-assisted thoracic surgery.
