16例重症登革热患者的护理

摘　　要：目的总结16例重症登革热患者的护理要点。方法2007年5-11月对16例重症登革热患者实施治疗护理。结果患者全部痊愈出院,未发生交叉感染,半年后随访良好。结论登革热病患者除了具有传染性外,病情重,同时存在多种脏器损害,应做好消毒管理工作,防止传染源播散,同时应调整患者机能状态,提高患者全身抗感染能力,减少并发症的发生。Objeclive To summarize the nursing points in caring for 16 patients with severe Aden fever. Method Sixteen patients with severe Aden fever received treatment and nursing from May 2007 to November 2007. Results All the sixteen patients were cured and discharged, with no cross infection. Half a year later, the follow-up showed their conditions were good. Conclusion As severe Aden fever is eontagious and damaging to many organs, we should sterilize to prevent the spread of infection sources and adjust patients＇ function to improve patients ability to fight off infection and reduce the occurrence of complications.
