摘　　要：使用Pro/E软件进行三维CAD工艺模型设计,运用Anycasting软件进行工艺模拟分析,预测缺陷,优化工艺设计,再返回Pro/E完成模具设计,然后直接转入数控加工CAM,从而有效缩短新产品的开发周期,提高设计的可靠性。3D CAD mould was designed based on Pro/E,and processing simulation analysis,defects prediction and processing design optimization were performed by the Anycasting software.Then mould design was completed by the Pro/E,and CAM was conducted directly,which could greatly shorten the developing period of new product and improve the reliability of design.
