摘 要:采用差压铸造技术和充型及凝固过程模拟仿真技术,研制了铝合金舱门盖铸件,其模拟仿真结果和试制结果相吻合;采用减压式差压铸造技术,试制的铝合金舱门盖无缩孔和疏松缺陷,力学性能明显改善,抗拉强度达到315~325MPa,伸长率达到4%~6%。Aluminum alloy port cover was manufactured by counter-pressure casting,and filling and solidification were simulated.The results reveal that the simulated results are accordant with the trial product ones.The mechanical properties of the trial-product aluminum alloy port cover with shrinkage porosity(hole) free,which is manufactured by pressure-reduction types counter pressure casting,are greatly improved,where tensile strength and elongation reach 315~325 MPa and 4%~6%,respectively.
