摘 要:基于有限扩散凝聚模型(DLA)建立了圆形电解池点阳极喷射电沉积枝晶分形生长的模型,模拟射流速度对点阳极电沉积二维镍枝晶分形生长的影响;采用圆形电解池点阳极射流电沉积方法制备了不同射流速度下的金属镍枝晶簇,并与模拟结果进行了对比。结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果具有一定的相似性;随着射流速度的增加,沉积产物金属镍枝晶的形貌均逐渐致密,因此利用此模型模拟射流速度对点阳极电沉积枝晶分形生长的影响是可行的;气泡对镍枝晶的生长行为具有显著影响。Based on diffusion-limited aggregation model (DLA), the growth model of quasi-two-dimensional electrodeposition with point anode was successfully built to simulate the two-dimensional dendrite growth of Ni at different jetting speeds in jet-electrodeposition. Metal Ni dendrite clusters were prepared by using jetelectrodeposition with round electrolytic cell point anode method at different jetting speeds, and they were compared with the simulation results. The results indicate that the stimulation value was similar to the test result. With the jetting speed increasing, the deposited product morphology became compact gradually, indicating that using the DLA model was feasible to simulate the effect of jetting speed on 2-D Ni dendrite fraetal growth in electrodeposition with point anode. The bubble had a great influence on dendrite growth behavior.
