摘 要:在45钢表面通过电火花沉积制备了TiB2陶瓷涂层,通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜及其附带的能谱仪分析了涂层微观形貌及元素分布,并测试了涂层横截面的硬度分布及涂层的耐磨性。结果表明:45钢表面电火花沉积的TiB2涂层具有明显的四个区域,涂层连续、均匀且致密,界面上无分层,热影响区内铁素体晶粒被大大细化;基体中的铁元素显著扩散到涂层中,涂层与基体形成了牢固的冶金结合;涂层的硬度高达1 600 HV以上,其耐磨性优于淬火态Cr12MoV钢的耐磨性。Ceramic coating TiB2 was deposited on the surface of 45 steel by electrospark. Micromorphology and element distribution of the coating were observed using optical microscope, scanning electronic microscope and EDS. Microhardness distribution and wear resistance of the coating were determined. The results indicate that the TiB deposited 45 steel demonstrated a typical four zone structure. The TiB2 coating was continuous, uniform, dense and lamination free. The grain size of the ferrite in HAg, was reduced greatly. Element Fe in the substrate diffused to the coating obviously, resulting in an atomic bonding between the coating and the substrate. The hardness of the coating was approximately 1 600 HV. The wear resistance of the TiB2-coated 45 steel exceeded that of quenched Cr12MoV steel.
