摘  要:阐述了同步时间系统在电力系统中的应用,现有同步时间系统在500 kV变电站中应用的情况及不足。针对不足给出了解决方案,方案使用国际通用的包含全时间信息的IR IG-B对时方式;考虑传输通道时延,设计中采用同步时钟主钟互备,多种外信号、内信号之间互备;根据实际情况采取单通道和双通道组网模式,针对不同小室,安装同步扩展时钟等方法保证对时准确性。This paper illustrates the application of synchronic time system in the electrical system and the present condition and deficiency of synchronic time system in the application of 500 kV substation. Aimed at the deficiency, it also provides solution plan which uses international IRIG-B synchronic mode that includes full time information. In consideration of the delay caused by transmission, the design adopts synchronic clock and main clock for double guarantee, and multi signals from both outside and inside as well. According to the practical condition, it introduces net mode made of single or double channel. It adopts ways like installing extensional synchronic clock to assure the accuracy of synchronic time in different rooms.
