理解“技术实践”——基于科学、技术的划界

摘　　要：对"技术"概念的界定是技术哲学研究最重要的逻辑起点。作为一个多义性概念,在"科学技术"一词使用频繁的时期,技术之真义有被遮蔽的风险。"科学技术"是语词误用,已危及科学观念的传播,并有可能导致政策上的偏差。可以从研究对象、思维方式、研究目的、评价标准等方面对"科学"与"技术"进行划界。对技术的反思已经从认识论、人、社会、形而上学等维度延伸至技术实践维度,技术实践是一个有别于科学实践的,包含制度、文化、器物在内的多维度活动。The concept of technology is the logical starting point for the philosophy of technology. Frequent appearance of technology together with science has its historical rationality but proves to be misleading in essence. This misuse hinders the dissemination of scientific ideas and misleads policy-making. Science and technology can be differentiated in such aspects as research subjects, thought patterns, research aims and evaluation standards. Different from scientific practice, technological practice, which encompasses institution, culture and instruments, can be analyzed from the angle of epistemology, humanity, sociology and metaphysics.
