介入性治疗在外伤性脾破裂治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性脾破裂采用介入性治疗的临床疗效。方法采用Seldinger法。结果部分性脾栓塞术(PSE)对29例脾破裂患者一次性止血栓塞成功,引流通畅,技术成功率100%,有效率98%。结论外伤性脾破裂患者经介入性栓塞(PSE)治疗疗效确切,创伤小,并发症少,病人的费用也比手术低,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of interventional embolization treatment on traumatic splenic rupture. Methods The Seldinger was used to this treatment. Result Splenic embolism therapy successfully staunch and drainage in 29 patients with splenic rupture. The technical success rate was 100%, effective rate was 98%. Conclusion Interventional embolization way has very high clinicAL value in curing traumatic splenic rupture, including good therapeutic effect, small trauma, less complications, and lower cost.
