早期修复固定预防关节部烧伤畸形500例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期修复固定对预防关部深度烧伤畸形的效果。方法凡是关节部深度烧伤在早期修复的同时用石膏或石板进行对抗性固定3～6个月。结果经伤后6个月随访的总有效率达90.1%。结论关节部深度烧伤早期修复并进行抗收缩性固定对预防疤痕畸形的治疗方案是有效可行的。Objective To discuss the effects of early construction and fixation contributing to preventing severe burn deformity in joint section. Methods All the joint area with deep burn had been fixed by plaster or plywood to fight against deformity for 3-6 months while they were given early constrcution. Results The effective rate could reach 90% after the cases which had been reviewed for 6 months. Conclusion The therapeutic methods of early construction and fixation to fight against deformity, which occurred in joint area, is effective and available.
