60小儿消化性溃疡合并出血的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿消化性溃疡合并出血的护理措施,提高临床治疗有效率。方法对60例小儿消化性溃疡合并出血进行止血治疗,密切观察患儿出血情况,并给予出血时的护理、治疗护理、饮食护理和心理护理。结果治愈率为96.7%,2例经治疗无效行外科手术治疗,随访1～2年痊愈出院者未出现反复上消化道出血。结论加强护理能提高消化性溃疡合并出血患儿临床治疗有效率,可防止再出血。Objective To investigate the nursing measures of peptic ulcer induced upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment. Methods 60 cases of peptic ulcer induced upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were given homeostasis treatment and observed the bleeding, at the same time given the prevention of bleeding, care, diet and psychological nursing. Results The cure rate was 96.7%, 2 cases of void due to drug treatment to surgical treatment, 1 to 2 years follow-up of all patients did not appear repeatedly gastrointestinal bleeding. Conclusion It is very important for strengthening nursing to improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
