摘 要:分步压装工艺是一种先进的装药技术,能够装填高能炸药,装药平均密度可达到1.70g/cm3。该技术综合了螺旋装药与油压机压装的优点,并广泛应用于大口径榴弹系列产品、火箭弹、导弹等战斗部装药。分步压装药与传统的油压机压力装药相比,具有压药过程安全、高效,相对密度高且密度均匀,具备柔性制造能力,应用广泛等先进性。分步压装药技术填补了国内弹药生产中该领域的空白,满足了我国高能固态炸药连续装药需要,实现了我国弹箭装药生产的低成本、高效率。The sub-step press-load process is an advanced charge technology, can load high-octane dynamite, and the average density of the dynamite can reach 1.70g/cm^3. This technology synthesizes the advantages of helical load dynamite and press-load by oil press machine, which widely used in the charge for the fighting parts of shrapnel series production with big caliber, rocket, and missile and so on. The paper mainly expounds that the security and efficiency of the sub-step press-load process compared with the press charge by traditional oil press machine. This new technology has the advantages as follows, higher density, evener dynamite density, more flexible manufacture ability and more expensive application. This technology fills domestic technology gaps of the charge field in ammunition production, can satisfy the requirements of continuous load capacity for high-octane solid state dynamite, and can realize low cost and high efficiency of the loading production of the cannonball and rocket.
