摘 要:介绍了一种小批量生产微型、薄壁、难装夹零件的高效加工工艺方法,为加工同类型的零件提供一些操作思路。主要解决小批量生产该类型的零件时,如设计专用工装成本过高,而采用单件加工效率低下、精度难于保证等问题。解决问题的主要技术方法为在零件适当的位置上设计合理的工艺夹把,以简化零件的装夹;利用数控铣床批量加工零件,即可以提高加工效率,又可以保证该类型零件的外形及尺寸精度正确。经实践证明,该工艺方法极大地提高了生产效率,顺利解决了小批量加工微型、薄壁、难装夹零件时的技术难题。In this paper, the high efficiency processing technology of a micro sized and thin-walled parts that difficult toinstall in small volume was introduced, and this technology provides new operation ideas for the parts of same type. The main purpose of this paper is to solve problems which appear during the processing of special parts in small volume, such as high production cost on special tooling design, while efficiency is low and accuracy is difficult to guarantee by piece-by-piece processing mode. Solving method that put forward in this paper is as follows. Firstly, process fixtures are designed and installed in the appropriate position so as to simplify the clamping process. Secondly, the parts are manufactured in volume with CNC milling so as to improve processing efficiency, ensure the accuracy of the correct shape and size of parts. It has been proved that this process greatly improves the productive efficiency, and successfully solves the technical problems during the machining of the special .parts in small volume.
