甘肃黄河首曲湿地省级自然保护区肉鞭虫物种多样性研究

摘　　要：2007年8月至2008年8月,用＂非淹没培养皿法＂和＂活体观察法＂研究了甘肃黄河首曲湿地省级自然保护区的肉鞭虫物种多样性.共鉴定到肉鞭虫74种,其中鞭毛虫51种,肉足虫23种,包括4个未定名种和1个国内土壤肉足虫新纪录种,隶属于2亚门6纲13目26科39属.眼虫目、动基体目和变形目为保护区肉鞭虫群落的优势类群,附生眼虫、绿眼虫、腐波豆虫、鼻吻滴虫、棘变虫属一种和结节鳞壳虫为优势种.74种肉鞭虫中,罕见种、常见种和广布种分别占物种总数的82.43%,10.81%和6.76%;各生境肉鞭虫的物种相似性系数均在0～0.24范围内,物种组成极不相似.结节鳞壳虫、线条三足虫、鼻吻滴虫、平截环滴虫和球波豆虫为保护区肉鞭虫群落的广布种;活泼尾滴虫、斜口三足虫、倒卵形波豆虫、慢行波豆虫、外穴屋滴虫、纺锤形波豆虫、表壳圆壳虫和卵形单鞭金虫为常见种.Species diversity of sarcodinids and flagellates in the provincial nature reserve of wetland of first meander of Yellow River,Gansu is studied by the＂non-flooded Petri dish method＂and live observation from August 2007 to August 2008.A total of 74 species comprises 51 species of flagellates,23 species of sarcodinids,in which has 4 unnamed species and one new records of soil sarcodinids in China,belonging to 2 subphylums,6 classes,13 orders,26 families and 39 genera.Euglenida,Kinetoplastida and Amoebida are dominant groups, and Euglena adhaerens , Euglena viridis , Bodo putrinus ,Rhynchomonas nasuta, Acanthamoeba sp. and Euglypha tuberculata are dominant species of the community of sarcodinids and flagellates. Rare species, common species and widespread species account for respectively 82.43%, 10.81% and 6.76% of the total species. The species similarity index of sarcodinids and flagellates among various sampling sites is 0-0.24, indicating the species composition of various sampling sites is extremely dissimilar. Euglypha tuberculata, Trinema lineare, Rhynchomonas nasuta , Goniomonas truncata and Bodo globosus are widespread species, and Cercomonas agilis , Trinema enchelys, Bodo obovatus , Bodo repens , Oikomonas excavata , Bodo fusi forrnis , Cyclopyxis arcelloides and Chromulina ovalis are common species of the community of sarcodinids and flagellates in the Reserve.
