民勤县生态足迹计算与可持续发展状况分析

摘　　要：通过分析民勤县1996—2006年生态足迹、生态承载力和生态盈余赤字的动态变化,对民勤县的可持续发展状况进行了评价.结果表明,民勤县人均生态足迹赤字为1.057 2 hm2,其生态足迹产出是当地生态承载的3倍,发展极大地超出了生态系统的可承受范围,特别是近年来农产品产出迅速增加,对生态系统产生了巨大压力.提出了改善当地生态环境的相应建议和措施。Through analyzing the dynamic changes of ecological footprint earnings and deficit from 1996 to 2006,this paper makes an evaluation on sustainable development in Minqin County.The results show that per capita ecological footprint deficit is 1.0572 hm2 in Minqin County,and the ecological footprint s output is as much three times as its input.The output of agricultural products increased rapidly recently,which would cause a heavy pressure to the ecological environment system,and exceed its carrying capacity.At last, this paper puts forward some advices to promote sustainable and harmonious development of Minqin County.
