醋酸纤维丝束复合降害增塑剂研制及其在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：通过滤嘴复合添加剂的筛选,添加剂与三醋酸甘油酯增塑剂复配技术研究,含复合添加剂滤嘴的成形技术和性能评价以及对卷烟烟气有害成分释放量的影响等实验,系统地研究了复合添加剂对卷烟烟气PAHs等有害成分滤除的效果。研究结果表明,介入复合添加剂的滤嘴卷烟能在保持卷烟风格基本不变的情况下对卷烟烟气中的BaP、TSNAs等有害成分均具有良好的清除作用。By screening of compound additive for filter tip, study on the technology of additive and glyeeryl triacetate plastieiter, experiments including forming technology, performance evaluation of filter tip with compound additive and its effect on released amount of harmful components of cigarette smoke, Filtering effects of compound additives on harmful components of cigarette smoke such as PAHs etc. were systematically analyzed. The results showed that, the filter tip with compound additives had better eradication efffects on cigarette smoke harmful components, including Bap ,TSNAs etc.
