摘  要:近十几年来,我国水轮机调速器机械液压系统的开发研制取得了较大进展,各种产品形式层出不穷,产品质量有了很大提高。特别是一部分基于液压插装技术的水轮机调速器在工程实际中的成功应用,拓宽了调速器的研发思路,并为其发展带来了新的生机。本文将结合CVT系列调速器产品,从几个方面对插装技术在调速器中应用的一些关键问题进行探讨。In the past decade, the research and development of mechanical hydraulic system of hydraulic turbine governor has been made great progress in our country. The form of a variety of products emerged in an endless stream, and the products quality has been greatly improved. In particular, some hydraulic turbine governor based on cartridge valve technology has been successfully applied in engineering practice. It is the application broadens the research and development ideas of governor, and its development has been brought new vitality. Combining with CVT series governor the paper analyzed key issues from several aspects of cartridge valve technology in the governor.
