摘  要:通过室内培养试验研究了玉米秸秆在暗棕壤和水稻土中分解期间全土及不同结合态胡敏酸、富里酸数量的动态变化。结果表明:无论全土还是不同结合形态腐殖质,胡敏酸的数量都以15 d或30 d为转折点先增加后减少,而富里酸的数量减少。培养初期,富里酸的形成速度大于胡敏酸;随培养时间延长,富里酸转化为胡敏酸或相互转化;玉米秸秆分解最终增加了可提取腐殖质中胡敏酸的比例。In a laboratory incubation experiment,timing change in amount of humic acid(HA) and fulvic acid(FA) was studied in dark-brown soil and paddy soil during corn stalk decomposition.The results showed that the amount of HA increased before the 15th(or 30th) day,then decreased;that of FA decreased after the 15th day during corn stalk decomposition.The formed rate of FA was faster than that of HA in the initial stage of incubation;with prolonged incubation,FA transformed into HA;the proportion of HA in extractable humus eventually increased during corn stalk decomposition.
