摘 要:利用近红外漫反射光谱法,对滇东南101个玉米自交系的粗脂肪(CF)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗淀粉(CS)3个品质性状进行了分析评价,以了解自交系内在品质情况,并探讨品质性状间的关系。结果表明,该地区高蛋白和高淀粉玉米自交系较为丰富,但缺乏高油玉米自交系;各品质性状变异较大,CF,CP,CS的含量均呈近似正态分布,其中CF含量变异最大,变异系数达16.8%,CP次之,为13.2%,CS变异较小,仅为2.7%;CF与CP为弱度正相关;CF与CS,CP与CS均呈中度负相关。根据品质育种的要求,该地区适合开展高蛋白玉米和高淀粉玉米育种,而不利于开展高油玉米育种。In this paper, crude fat ( CF), crude protein (CP) and crude starch (CS) of 101 maize inbred lines from the Southeast Yunnan were analyzed by Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS) and their correlations were estimated. The results showed that there were many high-protein and high-starch corns in this area, but few high-oil inbred lines. Great variation existed among quality traits, contents CF, CP and CS distributed almost normally, but CF content varied the most largely, CP nextly and CS least with variation coefficients of 16.8%, 13.2% and 2.7%, respectively. CF had weak positive correlation with CP, but moderately negative correlation with CS and CS. According to the criterion of maize quality breeding, this area was suitable for high-protein and high-starch breeding, but not for high oil maize breeding.
