摘  要:通过精细优化配方和工艺,选用高分子量和低分子量的聚丁烯为主要组分,复配增粘剂、添加剂在一定温度下充分混合制备了一系列性能优异的环保型粘虫胶。对粘虫胶的旋转粘度、初粘力、垂直流淌性等进行了测试,讨论了这些物理性能对粘虫胶使用性能的影响。优选的粘虫胶耐候性好,耐老化性优异,能够长期保持粘性。这些粘虫胶将在防治具有沿树干上下移动习性的农林害虫方面具有广泛应用前景。A series of environment-friendly type of sticky insect glue with excellent properties were prepared by finely optimizing formula and technology, and selecting poly (1-butene) with high and low molecular weight as main components plus viscosity increaser and additive. Some physical properties including rotary viscosity, initial adhesion, and vertical labor mobility were tested. The effect of the physical properties on the functional performance of the sticky insect glue was discussed. The synthesized sticky insect glue exhibited good weatherability and ageing-resistance and long-term holding power. The sticky insect glues had an extensive application value for the control of agricultural and forestry pests moving up and down along the tree trunks.
