摘 要:在室外网箱流水养殖条件下研究了不同处理饥饿和再投喂后对花羔红点鲑肌肉组分和血液生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:饥饿和再投喂使花羔红点鲑肌肉组分产生不同程度的变化,对水分和蛋白质无显著影响,对肌肉脂肪和肌糖原影响显著,较长时间饥饿并再投喂后,鱼体脂肪含量显著增加,由16.32%增加到18.89%。饥饿和再投喂可明显改变花羔红点鲑血液生理生化指标,特别表现在红细胞数量由114.18×104/mm3下降到79.20×104/mm3,白细胞数量由2.02×104/mm3增加到4.10×104/mm3,血脂含量也发生相应变化。The conducted experiments were to investigate effects of starvation and refeeding on the muscle composition and blood constituents in Salevlinus malma in 2004 and 2006. The results show that: The starvation and refeeding significantly affected the muscle composition of Salevlinus malma. The moisture and protein content in muscle of treated fish did not show significant differences ( P 〉 0.05) compared with untreated ones though fluctuating values were observed. The muscle lipids, muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen content decreased respectively in all treated groups during the period of starving-treatment. During the refeeding period, the content of muscle glycogen reconverted to the normal level in a short time in all treated groups. The content of hepatic glycogen in 10, 15,20 d group maintained obvious lower level ( P 〈 0.05) compared with the control group. The lipid content of 10, 15,20 d group significantly increased at the end of refeeding-treatment ( P 〈 0.05). The blood constituents were clearly affected by starvation and refeeding in Salevlinus malma. The number of red blood cells (RBC) significantly reduced from 114.18 × 10^4/mm^3 to 79.20 × 10^4/mm^3(p 〈0.05) in 5 d and 10 d group during the first 10 days starving--treatment compared with the control. However, the haematoglobin (Hb) content in all treated groups showed a increasing trend during starvation period. The number of white blood cells (WBC) increased from 2.02×10^4/mm^3 to 4.10 × 10^4/mm^3 significantly in all treated groups under the starving-treatment ( P 〈 0.05). After refeeding, the RBC number and Hb content reconverted to the normal level of the control group in all treated groups, and the WBC number in 5, 10,15 d group reconverted to the level of the control group, while it reached to a significantly higher level ( P 〈 0.05) in 20 d group than that of in the control.
