摘  要:以Sunrise和Geo组培苗幼叶为试材,研究了卡那霉素、头孢霉素和羧苄青霉素对越橘叶片再生不定芽的影响。用继代约20d的新梢顶部新展开叶片制备外植体,Sunrise接种在WPM+ZT4.0mg/L+TDZ1.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+蔗糖20.0g/L+琼脂6.0g/L的再生培养基上,Geo接种在WPM+ZT4.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+蔗糖20.0g/L+琼脂6.0g/L的再生培养基上,添加不同浓度的抗生素。结果表明:10mg/L卡那霉素能极显著地抑制越橘叶片再生,600mg/L头孢霉素能完全抑制叶片再生,500mg/L羧苄青霉素能完全抑制叶片再生。Young leaves of Sunrise and Geo were selected as experimental materials. Effects of kanamycin, cefotaxime and carbenieillin on regeneration from leaves in vitro were studied. Leaves on the top of shoots of Sunrise were cultured on WPM medium containing ZT 4.0 mg/L, TDZ 1.0 mg/L, IBA 0.3 mg/L, sucrose 20.0 g/L, agar 6.0 g/L, Geo were cultured on WPM medium containing ZT 4.0 mg/L, IBA 0.3 mg/L, sucrose 20.0 g/L, agar 6.0 g/L, and several kinds of doses of antibiotics respectively. Results showed that Kanamycin strongly inhibited regeneration even at a dose of 10 mg/L, and at a dose of 20 mg/L adventitious buds could not grow as usual and died, cefotaxime at a dose of 600 mg/L and while carbenicillin at a dose of 500 mg/L inhibited regeneration.
