摘 要:以3种南高丛越橘优选系为材料,研究了不同基本培养基对其增殖能力的影响。结果表明:6个基本培养基对不同优选系的丛生枝的增殖倍数、重量、含水量、长度、叶绿素含量均有显著的影响,其中在WPM、改良WPM和1/2MS培养基上增殖效果最好,其次为Zimmerman和Anderson培养基,Lyrene培养基最差。3个优选系中A47的增殖能力显著强于A167和A119。To establish a high efficient shoot regeneration system of three promising southern highbush blueberry selections, a comparative research of six basic media on shoot proliferation was conducted. Shoot proliferation per explant, shoot weight, shoot water content, shoot length and leaf chlorophyll concentration were significantly affected by different media for three promising selections. WPM, MWPM, and 1/2MS media were particularly suitable for proliferating in all selections, then were Zimmerman and Anderson media, and Lyrene medium was the worst. Selection A47 had obviously higher shoot proliferation than A167 or At 19.
