摘  要:以K326、韭菜坪和贵烟4号3个烤烟品种的种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度的EM稀释液浸种对烤烟种子萌发的影响。结果表明:750倍和500倍EM液能显著促进K326烤烟种子萌发,以500倍稀释液效果最好;EM稀释液抑制韭菜坪和贵烟4号的种子萌发,500倍和250倍EM稀释液对韭菜坪抑制作用显著,对贵烟4号的影响不显著;不同品种对不同浓度EM稀释液的反应明显不同。The effects of seed- soaking with different concentrations of EM diluents on seed germination of different flue- cured tobacco varieties ( K326, Jiucaiping and Guiyan 4) were studied. The results showed that 500 and 700 times dilutions of EM could evidently accelerate the seed germination of K326, especially the 500 times dilution; the seed germination of Jiueaiping and Guiyan 4 was restrained by EM diluents, and the 500 and 250 times dilutions of EM restrained the seed germination of Jiucaiping remarkably, while they had no significant influence on the seed germination of Guiyan 4. Different flue - cured tobacco varieties had different responses to different concentrations of EM diluents.
