不同朝代针灸治疗痞满处方规律的数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析不同朝代针灸治疗痞满的处方规律。方法:通过制定数据来源、规范病症腧穴名称、建立针灸处方数据库,采用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则方法,分析不同朝代针灸治疗痞满的处方规律。结果:先秦、晋、唐选用足太阳膀胱经脉最多,因背俞穴多在膀胱经上,治疗痞满取背俞穴,取义"阴病取阳";其次为任脉,亦有足太阴脾经、足少阳胆经;宋、元、明、清时期,任脉、足阳明胃经和足太阴脾经频次名列前三,选取的经脉丰富,十四经脉均有涉及。结论:古代针灸治疗痞满,特定穴的选取是主要选穴原则,经脉腧穴的配伍体现了循经取穴的原则,灸法以艾灸为主。Objective：To analyze the principle of acu-moxibustion presciption for stuffiness in chest and abdomen of ancient literatures in different dynasties by data-mining. Methods：We applied the method of formulating the source of data,standardizing the nomenclature of diseases,symptoms and acupoints,establishing the database of acu-moxibustion prescription and using association rule mining method to analyze the the principle of acu-moxibustion presciptions. Results：In Qin,Jin and Tang dynasties,Urinary bladder meridian of foot Taiyang was the most selection meridian,becm^se of most Beishu acupoints line in the meridian. Treatment of stuffiness in chest and abdomen with Beishu acupoints means ＂Yin disease selecting Yang meridians＂. Ren meridiml,spleen meridian of foot Taiyin,gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang were also be used. In Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties,the top three meridians were Ren meridian, stomach meridian of foot Yangming and spleen meridian of foot Taiyin. The selected meridians were so rich that fourteen meridians were be used. Conclusion：the selection of specific acupoints were the main principle of acupuncture for stuffiness in chest and abdomen in ancient literatures,and the compatibility of acupoints manifests the principle of selecting acupoints along the meridian,and the manipulation of aeu-moxibustion focus on moxibustion.
