“三类”农村公共产品提供的实证分析——以福建省泉州市为例

摘　　要：提高农村公共产品使用效率的基础是提供符合农民需要的公共产品。然而传统需求定义不利于确定公共产品需求。由于公共产品与私人产品需求之间存在相关性,这为公共产品需求的确定提供了一个新的方法。本文以这一方法为基础,建立"三类"农村公共产品提供模型,并以福建省泉州市相关数据进行实证分析。检验结果显示,农民的"三类"支出与政府财政支出存在显著关系。It quite needs know the demands of rural public good on their decisions of supplying to improve their efficiencies, but the demands can be got for conditional definition. The demands of public good can be calculated through analyzing the relations between public and private good. This topic tries to build the model of ＂Three Kinds＂ of rural public good based on the correlativity, and positive analyzed the model based on the data from Quanzhou City. The test of model shows the expensiveness of ＂Three Kinds＂ of private good is related to that of government.
