高频电针法治疗腋臭探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨高频电针法治疗腋臭病例的方法和效果。方法对198例腋臭患者以0．25％的利多卡因进行局麻，高频电针腋臭治疗仪沿腋毛分布区针刺毛囊，针距2-3mm，刺入深度6-7mm，术后连续2d，用He-Ne激光照射术区15min。结果198例患者中，痊愈：双侧腋窝无臭味或偶有臭味的49例（其中包括第二次接受治疗的6例），占24．7％；有效：腋窝臭味较以前减轻133例，占67．2％；无效：腋窝臭味无改善16例，占8．1％；总有效率91．9％。无1例感染。结论高频电针法治疗腋臭创伤小、无瘢痕、疗效好，值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the method and effect of 198 bromidrosis cases treatment of using high-frequency electro-acupuncture. Method After signing the agreement of operation, use 0.25 percent lidocaine to do a local anesthesia, then use the instrument of high-fi-equency electro-acupuncture to pinprick follicles around the area of underarm hair, the distance of pinpricking is 2-3mm, the depth is 6-7mm, and last 2 days continual after operation, then use laser to shine the operating area about 15 minutes. Result There is no fume in bilateral axillary or a little fume, about 49 cases （inclusive the second time treatment, 6 percent）, 24.7 percent; relieve a lot than before, about 133 cases, 67.2 percent; failure 16 cases, about 8.1 percent. The rate of effective treatment is 91.9 percent, no one is infectious. Conclusion Bromidrosis treated by high-frequency electro-acupuncture have some benifits, such sa no scar, curative effect is well and is worth to popularizing.
