镍钛记忆合金接骨板治疗四肢管状骨骨折108例

摘　　要：目的探讨镍钛记忆合金接骨板在临床上运用的方法和效果。方法对2000年1月至2008年1月期间108例四肢管状骨骨折进行内固定治疗。结果术后随访6-18个月，除1例股骨骨折合并脑外伤后癫痫发作致接骨板近侧端两个抱臂滑脱，股骨骨折向内10°成角，其余全部愈合，骨折远、近端关节功能恢复正常。结论镍钛记忆合金接骨板治疗四肢管状骨骨折具有创伤小，固定可靠，操作方便、安全，刺激性小，缩短手术时间，配合术后早期关节活动功能锻炼，可取得满意的治疗效果。Objective To study the clinical application and effect of Ni-Ti shape-memory alloy plate. Methods From January 2001 to January 2004, 108 patients suffering from long bone fractures were treated with intemal fixation. Results All cases were followed up postoperatively from 6 months to 18 months. All cases achieved healing and the functions of arthroses resumed well after operations except 1 case because the two hands of Ni-Ti alloy plate surged after epileptic seizure of the case. Conclusion The Ni-Ti shape-memory alloy plate has as follows advantages in treating long bone fractures： less trauma, stable fixation, easy to do, security, better tissue compatibility and less time in operations. Cooperate with the early activity of arthritis after operation; it is a very good method to treat long bone fractures of proximal radius.
