摘　　要：目的使供应室达到《江苏省医院消毒供应中心(室)验收标准》。方法建立合理的布局、流程,配置适宜的仪器设备,建立健全各项规章制度、岗位职责、岗位技术操作规程,规范医院三区管理及信息管理等。结果提升了医院管理水平,提高了物品的消毒灭菌质量,降低了医院内感染的发生率,保障了医疗护理工作质量。结论采用综合方法就可以达到《江苏省医院消毒供应中心(室)验收标准》要求。Objective To make central sterile supply department approach the standard of ＂Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Sterilization and Supply Center （Room） acceptance criteria＂. Method To establish a rational transformation of the layout, reasonable staffing system, new instruments and equipment system, establish and improve various rules and regulations, job responsibilities, job technical procedures, and standardize the management of three districts in hospital, and apply hospital information management. Result The quality of disinfection and sterilization of items, reducing the occurrence ofnosocomial infection rates, and ensuring the quality of medical care. Conclusion An integrated approach can achieve ＂Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Sterilization and Supply Center （Room） acceptance criteria＂ requirement.
