摘  要:油气集输管线的沿程温降主要与压降、总传热系数有关,而油气两相流在沿程的流动过程中不稳定,流态多变,导致压降的计算方法存在较大差别。在考虑了平均含气率与焦耳-汤姆逊效应对温降的影响后,建立了集输管线的3种油气两相流温降数学模型,采用了贝克流型划分法对油气两相流进行计算。结果表明,用液体持液率H1代替质量含气率Xwg计算多相流的混合比热Cp,能够提高油气两相流温降计算的精度。The temperature drop of oil-gas gathering pipelines is mainly related to pressure drop and coefficient of overall heat transmission. The instability of flow along pipelines and the varieties of flow pattern lead to many differences in calculation ways of pressure drop. After taking into account the influence of the average gas ratio and Joule-Thomson effect on temperature drop, three mathematical models of oil-gas two-phase flow were established in the oil-gas gathering pipelines. The Baker flow pattern was adopted for evaluating oil-gas two-phase flow. It indicated that the result Cp in H1 is superior to the result from in Xwg and could increase the calculation accuracy of temperature drop of oil-gas two-phase flow.
