固载磷钨酸催化合成2,4,6―三异丙基一1,3,5-三氧噁烷的研究

摘　　要：以异丁醛为原料,在固载磷钨酸催化剂的作用下合成2,4,6-三异丙基-1,3,5-三氧噁烷。以固载磷钨酸为催化剂时的最佳反应条件为,催化剂用量4%,反应温度10℃,反应时间4h。在此条件下,产物的收率可达85%。催化剂可以重复使用,重复使用5次后产物收率仍可达到83.1%。The catalyst of supported phosphato-tungstic heteropoly acid was used during the preparation of 2,4,6-triisopropyl-1,3,5-trioxane based on isobutyraldehyde.The effect of the amount of the catalyst,the reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.The results indicated that the optimal condition were as follows： the catalyst dosage is 4%,the reaction temperature is 10℃,the reaction time is 4h.The yield of the product is up to 85%.As Catalyst was recycled 5 times,the yield of the product is 83.1%.
