摘　　要：介绍Web Services的体系结构及其关键技术。在.NET平台上,采用多层架构思想设计实现基于Web Services的企业培训管理系统。此系统具有跨平台、分布式、易维护等特点,可为企业培训管理系统的开发提供一种新的开发模式。This paper illustrated the architecture and key technologies of web services.With the multilayer framework design,it proposed the enterprise training management system based on web services,which has characteristics such as crossing platforms,distributive,easy-maintenance,etc.It provided a new development model for enterprise training management system.
