摘　　要：目的为了解龙岩城区蚊类季节消长与孳生状况,配合创卫,指导城区开展灭蚊活动。方法采用人工小时法进行成蚊季节消长密度监测;按照创建省级灭蚊先进城市现场考核办法,开展灭蚊前后不同孳生地蚊类孳生状况调查。结果6~9月份为蚊密度高峰期;灭蚊前后居民住宅和单位内外环境各种积水处蚊幼蛹阳性率分别为29.32%、1.67%,大中型水体蚊幼蛹均未检出,特殊场所蚊密度分别为0.24、0.11。灭蚊前花圃种植园地和居民住宅积水处蚊幼蛹阳性率分别为77.42%、29.20%;旧轮胎露天存放处的平均人诱蚊密度为1.11只,超过省级灭蚊标准。结论开展群众性灭蚊活动时间选择在春夏之交的4~5月份较为适宜。当年度开展的灭蚊活动成效显著,灭蚊后有关指标达到省级灭蚊标准。蚊类孳生地分布与以往不同,建筑工地已不在是主要的孳生地。居民住宅积水处、花圃种植园地和旧轮胎露天存放处作为蚊类主要孳生地是今后开展群众性灭蚊活动的重点治理场所。Objective In order to understand the growth and death statuses of the mosquitoes with the seasons changing in Longyan City,which can guide anti-mosquito activities,coordinating with the ＂creating advanced anti-provincial city＂.Methods Using artificial-hour method to monitor the seasonal dynamics density of the mosquitoes according to the standard of ＂creating advanced anti-provincial city＂ and at the same time,investigating the density of the mosquitoes before and after anti-mosquito activity in different places. Results From July to September was the peak density of the mosquitoes. Before and alter anti - mosquito aetivity, in the water catchments of the residential , the pupa larva - positive rates were 29. 32% and 1.67% ; in the special places , the rate were O. 24 and 0. 11 ; in tile planting garden , the rate were 77.42% and 29. 20%. At the open storage of used tires, the average density of tile mosquitoes was 1.11 , which was higher than the provincial standard. Conclusion From Apirl to May , when sping is going and summer is coming , it is suitable to start the anti -mosquito activity. In the past year, we had got the significant achievement in the anti - mosquito activity, which had reached the provincial anti - mosquito standard. The habitat of mosquitoes is different from that in tile past. The construction site is no longer the main habitat of mosquitoes. The water catchments of the residential, the planting garden and the open storage of used tires , as the new chief habitat of mosquitoes, are the major treatment sites in our future anti - mosquito work.
