摘　　要：语音识别和语音合成是计算机多媒体研究的一个热点。对语音识别和合成进行了初步研究,着重说明了如何通过C#和借助SAPI接口实现中英文混读,并给出了混读系统实例。Speech recognition and speech synthesis is a research hotspot in computer multimedia.In this paper,speech recognition and synthesis is preliminary studied,highlighting how to realize English and Chinese mixed reading based on C # and SAPI interface,and gives examples of mixed reading system.
