摘  要:目的:合成二氢杨梅素金属锌配合物,并对其体外抗肿瘤活性进行初步研究。方法:以二氢杨梅素为配体合成其金属配合物,利用紫外光谱﹑红外光谱对配合物进行表征,采用MTT,RT-PCR方法对其体外抗肿瘤活性进行考察。结果:二氢杨梅素金属锌配合物成功合成;MTT显示细胞凋亡率,随配合物作用时间,浓度增加而增加;RT-PCR显示caspase-3随配合物浓度增加而上调,bcl-2基因表达随配合物浓度增加而下调。结论:配合物显示了较强的抗肿瘤活性,有关配合物的研究有待进一步深入。Objective:To synthesis the complex with dihydromyricetin and to investigate the antitumor activity of the complex in vitro. Methods:The complex was prepared using dihydromyricetin as a ligand.The complex was characterized by IR spectra,UV spectra and the antitumor activity was determined in vitro models with the methods of MTT,RT-PCR.Results:The complex was synthesized and the expression of caspase-3 up-regulated ;the expression of bcl-2 was down-regulated with the increasing of the complex.Conclusion :The complex has the better activity of antitumor and it is worthy of being investigated continually.
