草红藤质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:对草红藤药材质量标准进行初步研究。方法:研究草红藤药材粉末显微特征。以标准药材为对照,研究建立草红藤药材的薄层鉴别方法。采用药典方法检测药材中水分、灰分等含量,测定草红藤药材水溶性及醇溶性浸出物含量。结果:建立了草红藤药材粉末的显微鉴别以及药材的薄层鉴别方法,确定草红藤药材浸出物含量。结论:研究结果为完善草红藤药材质量控制方法,建立该药材国家标准奠定了实验基础。Objective ：To study on the quality standard of Shuteria pampaniniana.Methods：Research on the powder microstructure of Shuteria pampaniniana：Control medicines standard, establish the TLC identify method： determinate the content of moisture, ash residue with the ways of pharmacopoeia：determinate the content of water-soluble extractive and 50%ethanol-soluble extractive.Results：Microidentification and TLC identify methods of the crude drug were established, and contents of extract were measured .Conclusion：The research laid the foundations for improving quality control methods of Shuteria pampaniniana and establishing the national standard.
