摘　　要：专用砌筑砂浆及注芯混凝土是混凝土小型空心砌块砌筑高层建筑的配套材料。其研制成功为混凝土小型空心砌块非框架高层建筑结构体系的开发与推广提供了必要的条件，也为混凝土空心砌块的稳步发展奠定了基础。文中介绍了专用砌筑砂浆及注芯混凝土的开发研究过程、产品性能及应用情况。指出专用砌筑砂浆及注芯混凝土不仅质量可靠、施工方便，而且成本分别比普通砌筑砂浆及商品混凝土低。The special laying mortar and core casting concrete are matching materials for small hollow concrete blocks in highrise buiding.The successful study is necessaly condition for development and spread of non-frame highrise building structure system with small hollow concrete blocki and lays a foundation for development of hollow concrete block .This paper presents the development process,product performance and application for the special laying mortar and core casting concrete .It points out the special laying mortar and core casting concrete not only has reliable quality and easily construction,but also has cost lower than ordinary laying mortar and commercial concrete separately.
