摘　　要：本文着重阐述麦克斯韦电磁场理论的基础和"涡旋电场"、"位移电流"两个假设的提出,讨论了麦克斯韦方程组的简易推导、形式和地位,对学生理解麦克斯韦方程组有一定的参考价值。This paper focused on the basis of Maxwell＇s electromagnetic theory and hypothesis of the ＂vortex electric field＂ and ＂displacement current＂, and introduced the origin , statement and importance of Maxwell equations. In this paper, it pointed out that the electromagnetic field theory have an immeasurable impact to the establishment of modern physics as well as the development of modern science and technology. It＇s useful to the understanding of Maxwell＇s equations.
