摘  要:针对工业用过滤产品——过滤杯的形状及工艺条件,建立网格模型,设置成形参数,使用dy-naform软件模拟其板材拉深成形的过程,通过网格数量、形状的变化,成形极限图和厚度变化图,分析比较了金属丝网与板材的性能差别。结果表明:金属丝网没有塑性变形,只有丝网的弯曲和畸变,实际成形中存在着严格的方向性。设计出了冲压金属丝网的毛坯形状。In designing the shape and size of the blank for metal wire-mesh forming, some problems, such as unreasonable shape and size of blank, more difficult process etc, will occur sometimes according to experience principle of blank design in stamping die design. The deep drawing for forming process of the plank was simulated by dynaform software based on the shape and process conditions of filtering cup. The performance difference between metal wire-mesh and plank was analyzed through the number of mesh , the change of shape, the forming limit diagram and thickness variation diagram. The results show that metal wire-mesh do not present plastic deformation but bending and distortion. In real production, there is strict directivity. The shape and size of the blank were designed.
