摘  要:采用无余量整体精密铸造成形技术,对新型薄壁不锈钢搅拌桨精密铸造工艺进行了研究,合理设计并优化了工艺参数。结果表明,该工艺能够减少铸造缺陷,提高了合格率,并生产出表面质量高、尺寸精度高、附加值高的产品。The near net-shape integral investment casting process of new type thin-wall frame stainless steel stirring paddle was studied, and the technological parameters were designed and optimized rationally. The results show that casting defects were reduced and the qualified rate of castings increased. The products produced by using of the process have the merits of high surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, and high added value.
