摘 要:采用一种新型银粉制备工艺——银镁合金直接酸化法制备银粉,并通过松装密度、流动性和利用率等测试对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,与普通银粉相比,银镁合金银粉均具有较好的流动性;银粉的松装密度随合金中Mg含量的增高而降低;比表面和利用率则随Mg含量的增高而增大,当合金中Mg含量达到C%时,制备出的银粉第一周期利用率达到95%;酸化时的搅拌速度为速度2时,电极的性能较好;而酸化时的酸浓度对银粉性能影响较小。循环伏安测试表明,银镁合金银粉具有良好的可逆性,接受电荷的能力和充放电容量都较普通银粉好。A new preparation technology, direct acidification of Ag-Mg alloy to prepare the silver powder was introduced in this paper. Performance of Ag-Mg alloy silver powder was investigated by testing its apparent density, fluidity and utilization. The results show that Ag-Mg alloy silver powder has the better fluidity performance comparing with the common silver powder, the apparent density of Ag-Mg alloy silver powder decreases with the increase of Mg content in the Ag-Mg alloy, the specific surface and the utilization of Ag-Mg alloy silver powder increases with the increase of Mg content in the Ag-Mg alloy and the utilization of the silver powder at the first cycle achieves 95% when Mg content reaches C, the electrochemical performance of the silver electrode with 2 stir speed is better during acidification, and the concentration of acid could barely influence the performance of silver powder. The CV curves show that Ag-Mg alloy silver powder has the better reversibility, receptivity and charge-discharge capability.
