摘 要:针对一全氧燃烧玻璃单元窑火焰空间建立模型进行了数值模拟,并对当排烟口靠近投料口和远离投料口时的2种情况进行了对比研究。其中气相采用k-ε双方程湍流模型,燃烧采用非预混燃烧结合简化的PDF模型,辐射采用离散坐标辐射模型(Discrete Ordinates Radiation Model)。计算结果符合工程实际,表明模拟结果的可行性。研究结果表明:当排烟口远离投料口时,沿着熔窑长、宽、高3个方向上的平均温度整体上都提高了,且高温区的覆盖面积更为宽广,因此更为有利。To reduce energy consumption and prolong furnace life, numerical simulation in the combustion space of an oxyfuel glass furnace was carried out, with the flue exhaust close to the feeder and away from the feeder separately. The gas phase is expressed with k-ε two equation model; the combustion is described with non-premixed model; the radiation is expressed with Discrete Ordinates Radiation Model. The simulation results agree well with the actual industry data. The results show that the average temperature in the whole combustion space increases when the flue exhaust is away from the feeder than that when it is clc,se to the feeder, being beneficial for melting glass melt effectually.
