摘 要:采用不同的表面处理剂对玻璃表面进行底涂处理。研究了不同的表面处理剂对硅橡胶粘结无机-有机夹层玻璃粘结性能的影响。结果表明,采用表面处理剂可以提高硅橡胶对玻璃的粘结强度,不同的表面处理剂提高的程度不同。通过观察硅橡胶与玻璃界面发现,未加处理剂的玻璃与硅橡胶界面很透明干净,用处理剂处理过的玻璃与硅橡胶界面模糊不清,是处理剂中的官能团与玻璃表面产生了化学结合,从而大大提高了硅橡胶与玻璃的粘结强度,其中N-916把玻璃与硅橡胶的粘结强度提高10倍左右。The surface of glass and PMMA are treated by different surface treatment agent. The effects of different agents on the surface treatment of silicone rubber bonded inorganic-organic laminated glass bonding performance. The results show that the surface treatment agent of silicone rubber to increase the bonding strength of glass, and different surface treatment agent to increase the degree of difference. By observing the interface between silicone rubber and glass we found that, the untreated in- terface of glass and silicone rubber is transparent, and the interface treated with agents is opaque, the functional groups of agents combination chemical reaction with the glass surface, so the bond strength is greatly increased, especially the bonding strength treated with N-916 is increased by 10 times.
