摘　　要：地方大学科研绩效评价实证研究既是高等教育研究领域的一个薄弱环节,也是地方大学科研管理的迫切需要。课题组在前期研究成果的基础上,对地方大学科研绩效评价的概念、测评维度两个关键问题进行了探讨,以某典型地方大学为例,对其科研绩效进行了实证分析,并且提出了本评价体系需要改进和完善之处。The empirical research on the performance evaluation of local university scientific research is not only a weak link in the study of higher education, but also an urgent need for the management of the local university research. On the basis of previous researches, the research group has discussed two key issues of local university scientific research, the concept of performance evaluation and the measurement dimension on the performance evaluation. Taking a typical local university as an example, the paper has made an empirical study of performance evaluation of its scientific research. And some aspects to be improved in the perfection of this evaluation system are proposed.
