摘 要:研究目的:曹娥江大桥因萧甬铁路电气化改造需要更换主桥钢桁梁,针对线路提速要求,对桥梁结构进行现场试验动力测试,应用实测动力参数建立车-梁-墩体系计算模型,进行车桥耦合动力仿真计算与分析,给出不同车速下全桥动力反应的计算结果。对桥梁结构的运营安全性、舒适度进行评价,为本桥的运营状态控制提供依据。研究结论:根据车桥耦合有限元动力仿真计算得出的列车运营平稳度指标,以及客货车在不同速度下的现场试验测试数据的分析,表明更换新钢桁梁后,既有C62型货物列车运行速度达到65 km/h、新型货物列车K2运行速度达到100 km/h时,纵梁跨中竖向及横向位移、墩顶最大横向位移、动挠跨比等指标仍然满足允许值要求,车辆的各项动力性能指标良好。Research purposes: The Cao'e River Bridge is required to change steel truss of main bridge due to electrification upgrading of Xiaoshan - Ningbo Railway. For meeting the speed - raise requirement, the on - site dynamic test is carried out to the bridge structure. The calculation results of full bridge dynamic response at the different train speeds are offered with the establishment of calculation model of vehicle - girder - frusta system based on measured dynamic parameters and vehicle -bridge coupling dynamic simulation analysis. The operation safety and comfort level are evaluated for providing the basis to control of the bridge operation state. Research conclusions: The analyses of the train operation stability index calculated from vehicle - bridge coupling finite element dynamic simulation and on -site test data for the passenger and freight train at different speeds show when the speed of existing C62 - model freight train reaches 65 km/h and new type freight train K2 runs at 100 kin/h, the vertical and lateral displacement of longitudinal girder, maximum lateral displacement of frusta top and dynamic ratio of defection to span can still meet the requirement of tolerable values, and the all dynamic performances of vehicles are good.
