摘 要:研究目的:城轨交通道岔电控系统的可靠性和安全性对整个道岔起着至关重要的作用;目前采用的安全型继电器控制方式,不能满足道岔运行精度的要求和运行控制中心对道岔现场数据信息的需求,本文针对存在的这一问题进行分析与探讨,提出解决的方法。研究结论:结合以往道岔驱动系统的应用情况,对传统的安全型继电器控制方式存在的不足进行了分析,对新发展的软冗余和硬件冗余控制方案的工作原理和控制方式进行了阐述,提出了硬件热备冗余控制系统将是今后控制系统的发展方向。Research purposes: The reliability and security of the electric control system for the turnout of urban mass transit are vital to the entire turnouts. The traditional safety relay control mode adopted at present can not meet the requirements of the turnout precision and collection of the on - site data and information required by the running control center. Through analysis and discussion on this problem, this paper presents the solutions to it. Research conclusions:Compared with the application of the traditional turnout driving system, this paper analyzes the defects of the control mode for traditional safety relay, describes the working principle and control mode of software redundancy control and hardware redundancy control systems, and puts forward that the hardware redundancy control system will be the development direction for the control system in the future.
