摘 要:由于光透过烟尘后吸收和散射的原因,光强会发生衰减,系统通过比较入射光强I0和透射光强I1的衰减来确定烟尘的浊度C和吸光度E。该系统以AT89C51单片机为核心,硬软件相结合实现了烟尘浊度等数据的存储、显示和超标报警等功能,为了适应连续精确测量,系统中还设置了定时除尘装置。该系统可用于食品加工、火电厂、煤矿等环境下的在线连续监测。As the light showing through the smoke and dust, the absorption and scattering reason, Luminous intensity will take place attenuation. The system, by comparing the attenuation of incident luminous intensity I0 and transmission luminous intensity Ⅱ, decided the turbidity C and absorbance E of dust. The core of the system was the AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer and used a combination method of hardware and software to achieve storage, display and overproof alarm of such as dust turbidity data. In order to adapt to continuous accurate measurement, the system also setup a timing dust device. The system can be used in food processing, thermal power plants, coal mines and other environment on line continuous monitoring.
